It’s my pleasure to announce that TMC and Crossfire Media have issued a call for presentations for their Smart Grid Summit Conference to be held March 21, 2011 at the The Smart Grid Summit East comes to Metro DC.
Please note that submissions are due no later than March 21, 2011.
The Smart Grid Summit conference program will focus on topics that inform and bring up-to-date the latest technologies, regulatory issues, business opportunities, and communications trends at the intersection of four interconnected sectors – energy, telecom, IT and the Smart Home. Smart Grid Summit attendees are particularly interested in the following subjects/topics, which have been grouped into three main themes:

We appreciate your interest in the Smart Grid Summit, and your decision to submit a speaking proposal. We are seeking high-level executive speakers (C-level, VP, Director…) who are extremely knowledgeable and comfortable delivering presentations of a technical nature. Survey results from prior events tell us that Smart Grid Summit conference attendees demand high-level, TECHNICAL presentations. They expect to dig deep into the practical application of each technology.
Please be advised that we receive many applications for speaking opportunities and cannot accommodate all requests. Also please be aware that many of our sessions may be presented in a panel format and/or may feature multiple speakers. The decision to feature multiple speakers in any session is at the sole discretion of conference organizers.
If we select your proposal, you will be notified and speaker kits with deadlines and requirements will be sent to you at that time. If you are interested in selling or promoting your company’s products, please feel free to inquire about exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities – not just for the Summit, but for supporting the Smart Grid industry portal, our focal point for ongoing industry news, insights, thought leadership and advocacy.
