DCA Services and Concretio Team to Create Back Office Solution for Telecom Companies
Concretio and DCA Services announced that the companies have entered
into a Hosted Services Agreement.
DCA said it will use Concretio's TRS On Demand provisioning solution to
help CLECs perform local pre-order and ordering functions needed to
acquire customers, and manage existing customers.
"With the addition of Concretio's system, we can now provision and bill
services and products in one solution on either a hosted ASP basis or
service bureau," said Jeff Swenson, DCA's VP of Sales and Marketing.
"DCA and Concretio are known in the telecommunication marketplace as
having exceptional products and services, and now that they are
combined we can provide the local provisioning and OSS gateway our
clients need."
Kevin Williams, CEO of Concretio, said, "The combined solution of our
companies can significantly reduce the financial impact for a
competitive carrier when it comes to their OSS needs. This turnkey
solution will be able to process wholesale, resale, UNE-loop, and other
transactions needed for telecom carriers."
DCA Services provides complete outsourced back office solutions to
