ESCO Technologies acquires Xtensible Solutions

Sep 07, 2010 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- ESCO Technologies, Inc., a producer of engineered products and systems, primarily for industrial and commercial applications, has acquired Xtensible Solutions, Inc. Both the companies are based in the US.

Xtensible is a provider of semantic-based information management and integration solutions to the utility industry.

Following the acquisition, Xtensible will be included as part of ESCO's Utility Solutions Group and will be closely aligned with Aclara Software in providing software services and products.
