Swisscom acquires Axept

Swisscom AG, a telecommunications company, has acquired Axept AG, a provider of ICT infrastructure solutions. Both the companies are based in Switzerland.
The acquisition does not include Axept Business Software AG, a sister company of Axept AG specializing in business software solutions.
