into a long-term relationship with The Partnership of Atlanta, to
provide full outsourcing of all their marketing, marketing research and

The outsourcig agreement is a multi-year arrangement, and
provides for a complete and expandable set of services including
marketing research, brand development, advertising, digital

that an arrangement such as this will allow them access to state-of-the
art information and skill sets, without investing in a large overhead
and staff. "We believe the alternative would be a staff of 8 to 10
individuals over the next two years, and perhaps incremental overhead of
$1 million, or more," explained Copenhaver. "Clearly this is a smart
