SMUD Selects Detectent's CustomerIP Analytics Software Solution

Detectent, the leading provider of analytical software solutions for North American utilities, announced today that it has been contracted to install and deploy its Customer Intelligence Platform (CustomerIP) and analytics applications at Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD (News - Alert)). Detectent's software solution will provide SMUD with advanced analytics capabilities with a focus on revenue assurance.
