JYSK Favours LE SAC PLUS and Quebecor Media's Printing Solutions to Support its Growth in Quebec and English Canada
MONTREAL, QUEBEC, Feb 15, 2013 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --
Quebecor Media and LE SAC PLUS are pleased to announce a new
multiyear agreement to print and distribute JYSK stores' flyers in
Quebec and English Canada. Quebecor Media will print over 4 million
promotional flyers per week for JYSK at its state-of-the-art plants
located in Mirabel and Islington. The agreement also calls for nearly
23 million flyers per year to be distributed exclusively in LE SAC
PLUS distribution bag across Quebec. In addition, the agreement
provides for extensive distribution in English Canada in
collaboration with Sun Media newspapers. Finally, Quebecor Media will
develop a Quebec-wide media campaign for JYSK, which will be carried
out with its several media platforms: newspapers, television,
magazines and Internet. This comprehensive, integrated marketing
package will support the marketing strategy of JYSK, which has more
than 2,000 stores worldwide, including over 50 stores in Canada, and
soon 8 in Quebec.
"We were impressed by Quebecor Media's printing solutions and their
level of technological innovation in distribution," said Ludvik
Kristjansson, CEO of JYSK Canada. "Quebecor Media offered us an
integrated solution that matched our needs perfectly. We are very

Sears Canada, Linen Chest, Centre Hi-Fi, Stereo Plus and Ashley
Furniture to name just a few, that have chosen LE SAC PLUS and
Quebecor Media's innovative solutions to promote their brand and
their products. Quebecor Media's network reaches up to 3.5 million in
Quebec alone, including up to 6.5 million Canadian households per
