Servidyne Expands Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Solutions

Servidyne Systems, LLC, a leading building optimization company that focuses on energy efficiency and sustainability, announced today an expansion of its strategic solutions to include Active Fifth Fuel Management™.

Efficiency is an energy resource, a "Fifth Fuel" in addition to the four typical energy sources of coal, petroleum, nuclear, and alternative energy. Servidyne's Active Fifth Fuel Management program captures this resource for building portfolios, maximizing energy efficiency while optimizing return on investment, continuously through the building lifecycle.

Active Fifth Fuel Management applies a continuous improvement process to the energy performance of a building portfolio. In step with the expanded solution, Servidyne also announced several promotions within the leadership team. Rick Paternostro has been named as President. Based out of the Atlanta Servidyne headquarters office, he will lead the business strategy and growth of the company. Prior to being named President, he held various leadership positions within the organization, where he planned and directed all aspects of Servidyne's operational and financial strategies and tactical initiatives, including full P&L responsibility.

Additionally, Servidyne announced the promotions of Jim Dore to Sr. Vice President of Business Development, Brent Tracy to Vice President of Project Development, and Chris Cutcliff to Vice President of Operations.
