“Whether you need to get online to read and respond to emails for work, video chat with the family, post pictures and blog or just surf the Web, Boingo is the perfect way to get online at the airport, at the hotel and at coffee shops, restaurants and cafés around Minneapolis-St. Paul and other cities.”

Boingo Wireless (News - Alert), Inc. is a major player in Wi-Fi and makes it easy for consumers to enjoy Wi-Fi access on their laptop or mobile device at more than 100,000 hotspots worldwide - including airports, hotels, cafes and metropolitan hot zones - with a single account.

Through its Concourse Communications Group, LLC subsidiary, Boingo operates wired and wireless networks at 30 airports worldwide, including 24 of the top 100 North American airports.

Earlier in September, Boingo Wireless announced the addition of Swisscom (News - Alert) hotspots to the Boingo Roaming Network. With the addition of more than 1,100 hotspots, Boingo members can now enjoy broadband connections in business hotspots - airports, train stations and hotels while traveling throughout Switzerland.

With the new hotspots from Swisscom, Boingo’s aggregated network in Switzerland includes almost all airports including those located at Zurich, Geneva, Lugano, Bern-Belp, Engadin and Sion, as well as almost all RailCities and Railway train stations, more than 575 hotels, including such chains as Best Western, ArabellSheraton, Seehotel, Ramada and Sorell and such popular restaurants such as Coop Restaurants and Starbucks.
