The CEO and founder of GridGlo, Isaias Sudit, participated in a panel discussion entitled "Data Management and Access" at the GridWeek 2011. The GridWeek 2011 is one of the industry’s top smart grid events. The technical, operational, business, social, and political aspects of data use and management in the grid were explored in the panel discussion. Disparate data is transformed into breakthrough solutions with the first-of-its kind data fusion platform from GridGlo. Energy resources can be therefore managed more efficiently and effectively by utility companies. Three successful data aggregation businesses were previously built by Sudit. Sudit was therefore selected as a finalist in the "Serial Entrepreneur" category of the 2011 Entrepreneur Awards by the South Florida Business Journal. An awards reception will be held on Sept. 22, 2011 in Fort Lauderdale, where winners will be announced.
In a release, Sudit said, "As a young company, we are very encouraged by the level of interest we are receiving from our utility customers and other players in the smart grid industry. Participation in these events and the award nominations we are receiving further validate GridGlo's unique approach."
Insights into energy consumption are provided by the private company, GridGlo. The company is based in Delray Beach, Fla.
