EnerNOC has unveiled an updated version of its energy management platform.
EnerNOC, a provider of energy management applications and services for the smart grid, has included a number of enhancements in its platform.
The company’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News
- Alert)) energy management platform can integrate seamlessly with a range of industry-standard systems and equipment, regardless of equipment manufacturer.
The platform now includes advanced Automated Demand Response (AutoDR) dispatch capabilities and increased dispatch management functionality for utilities within DemandSMART.
It also features improved usability for large-scale EfficiencySMART deployments, and new bill management integration for EnerNOC's energy supply management tool, SupplySMART.
“EnerNOC has invested over $100 million dollars in building our energy management platform and network infrastructure, an investment that has been fully focused on creating energy savings for electricity users and reliable demand-side resources for our utility customers,” said Gregg Dixon, senior vice president of Marketing and Sales at EnerNOC. “Today's release strengthens our established leadership role in energy management and delivers value across our product suite.”

In other news, EnerNOC, Inc. recently announced that it was named a Leader in Worldwide Smart Building Energy Analytics by IDC (News - Alert) Energy Insights, a premier global provider of market intelligence, advisory services, and events for the information technology market.
EnerNOC was recognized in the IDC MarketScape report for its EfficiencySMART suite of energy efficiency applications and services, which draws upon real-time data and customers' actual energy use patterns to deliver energy savings through a variety of solutions.
