GXS, a provider of B2B integration services to global brands, announced that Accelerated Analytics, a provider of retail point-of-sale (POS) analytic services, has joined the GXS GridConnect Partner Program. Accelerated Analytics has integrated its SaaS (News - Alert)-based service with GXS Trading Grid, providing their customers with pre-connected access to retailers. 

GXS GridConnect is designed to enable independent software vendors (ISVs), software-as-a-service (SaaS) vendors and cloud services providers to embed the GXS Trading Grid into their applications. They will be able to use the integration cloud platform to accelerate customer enablement, on-boarding and time-to-revenue.

Accelerated Analytics gives retail vendors visibility to their sales and inventory across multiple retailers. By aggregating and simplifying the daily stream of POS data and by using the pre-built views in the cloud-based service, vendors can identify problem stores and avoid out-of-stocks.

The pre-connected access to the GXS Trading Grid allows vendors to reduce retailer setup times from weeks to days, eliminating the sign-offs from operations, technology and legal.
